When turning an idea into a product, I treat technical architecture, product vision and the people behind it as an inseparable whole. I build scalable systems, form high-performing engineering teams and manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) end to end. I care as much about the organizational structure that enables a team to work at its best as I do about how the architecture itself works.
I shape product strategy, user experience (UX) and technical infrastructure together. I clarify prioritization matrices, focus on problems that create value and eliminate operational complexity (over-engineering). I take full responsibility for decisions and am comfortable working directly with the code at the architectural level and delivering practical solutions when needed.
Technology Stack & System Architecture
I design web systems with Vue.js and Nuxt, mobile applications with React Native, and microservice and API architectures built on Node.js / Express. I design desktop applications, data pipelines and system integrations as connected, end-to-end infrastructure. I choose technology based on the needs of the problem rather than trends, and respect the knowledge embedded in existing systems. When transforming a working system, I follow a sustainable modernization strategy rather than taking the shortcut of "rewriting from scratch".
AI-Assisted Engineering Processes
I place AI at the center of my development processes. I use AI tools proactively not only for code generation, but throughout development, including market research, architectural design, service integration and test automation. I use the time gained through AI to simplify systems and deliver the right engineering solution.
Engineering Culture & Leadership
I build a transparent team culture with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, grounded in delegated authority. Rather than an overly centralized structure that creates bottlenecks, I establish a scalable working environment where the reasoning behind decisions is shared openly, engineers can take initiative and obstacles are removed quickly.
